Machu Picchu last-minute tickets from Aguas Calientes: assisted entry
$149 / personYou are in Machu Picchu Pueblo, or you reach it on your own train, and the online calendar shows Circuit 2 sold out. The Ministry of Culture keeps a daily quota of entrances sold in person in the Pueblo the day before the visit. Our coordinator meets you at the train station, goes with you to the registration office and hands you your Circuit 2 entrance; the next day you go up by bus and visit with a guide. No train, no transfer from Cusco: only what you need from the Pueblo on.

Booking terms
Entry time: it may be from 6 AM to 3 PM. We have no control over the time assigned; it depends on official availability and demand. 9 AM is usual in low season, 11 AM in high season, 3 PM on extremely high-demand days.
Be in the Pueblo on day 1: the registration happens the day before the visit and the office works in the morning. Arrive on an early train from Ollantaytambo (we meet you at 8:15am) or sleep in town the night before; if your train arrives later, write to us before booking so we check the registration can still be made that day.
Cancellation: with 72 hours' notice you may cancel with a penalty of $120 per person; with less notice there is no refund. Date changes with 72 hours' notice cost $30 per person.

Send us your train time or your hotel in the Pueblo and we tell you in minutes whether the registration works for your dates.
