What you get on board
- An open-air observatory car: A carriage open to the air for photos and views of the Urubamba canyon, on top of the panoramic windows of the seating cars.
- Andean snacks and drinks included: Traditional Andean snacks and beverages are part of the fare.
Departures and fares on a real date
Times and fares from Inca Rail's system for 15 November 2026, one way per adult. Fares change with the date and the departure; Mi Tour shows the live fare for your day.
- Ollantaytambo → Machu Picchu Town (train): 07:22 and 12:36. About 1 h 25. $79 and $82.
- Cusco → Machu Picchu Town (bus + train): 04:30 and 09:25. About 4 h 20 to 4 h 35. $98 and $112.
- Machu Picchu Town → Ollantaytambo or Cusco: 10:32 and 16:12. To Ollantaytambo $78 and $119; on to Cusco, $98 and $149.
The 360° or The Voyager
On the same 07:22 departure from Ollantaytambo, The Voyager was $69 and The 360° $79: ten dollars for the observatory car and the snacks. On the 16:12 return the gap was wider, $79 against $119. When the difference is small, The 360° is the upgrade worth taking; when it is large, The Voyager gets you there just as well.
How to book it with us
We sell Inca Rail. Once you have your Machu Picchu entrance with us, open Mi Tour, your trip itinerary, and add the train: you see every departure of your day with the operator's live fare and pick the one that fits your entry time.
Is The 360° the same as PeruRail's Vistadome Observatory?
They are different operators with a similar idea: an open-air observatory car. On Inca Rail that is The 360°; see [PeruRail Vistadome Observatory](/blog/perurail-vistadome-observatory-train) for PeruRail's version.
Are snacks included?
Yes. Traditional Andean snacks and beverages are included in The 360° fare.
Your entrance first, then the train
Book your Machu Picchu ticket, then add the Inca Rail train in Mi Tour with the live fare for your date. Both on one itinerary.
