Questions about this ticket
- What is Circuit 3B at Machu Picchu?
- Route 3B Royalty is the shortest route through the lower royal sector: the Temple of the Sun viewpoint, Pisonay Square, the Temple of the Condor, the Water Mirrors, the Eastern Qolqas and the Twelve Niches, in up to 2 h 30.
- How much is a Circuit 3B ticket?
- $65.10 per adult and $40.95 for children aged 3 to 17, card fee included. 3B Premium, with a guide, is a different ticket.
- Is "Royalty" the premium circuit?
- No. The name refers to the royal sector of the city that the route walks, not to the ticket's level. Inside the city it covers six landmarks; Circuit 2 covers twelve for the same price.
- Does 3B include a mountain?
- No. 3B is the lower city on its own. The same city walk with a climb is 3A (Huayna Picchu), 3D (Huchuypicchu) or 3C (Gran Caverna).
- What is the difference from 3B Premium?
- Same route. Premium adds a licensed bilingual guide and lets you enter at any time between 6 AM and 3 PM instead of a fixed slot, for $257.25 instead of $62.
What's included
Your Circuit 3B entrance for the date and entry time you choose, issued in your name with your passport number.

We also did the lower royal route and it was a fantastic complement to the upper view. Walking through the actual structures is amazing.

A wonderful option if you prefer a lower-impact walk. Wandering right through the royal buildings lets you appreciate the incredible stonework up close.
